Haruka lacks drive after her famous mathematician father deems her an idiot. Yukimura explains to him the Pygmalion effect and the work of Jane Elliot on discrimination, in which low expectations of students can cause poor performance, thus blaming him for causing Haruka’s poor grades by assuming she is stupid when she is quite intelligent. This leaves him speechless. At the festival, Kanade steers clear of Yukimura. Himuro persuades Yukimura to cosplay as a girl, but her eagerness gives Yukimura an unsettling feeling. When his female form becomes so adorable that even Kosuke begins to fall in love, he immediately transforms back, to the dismay of Himuro. Haruka goes to the festival, where she meets Himuro. Upon learning she is Yukimura’s student, she decides to take her around the campus, where they observe Professor Kuze’s presentation on neutrino’s and how they move across space. Additionally, she prevents her from testing Suiu’s new aphrodisiac at her stall. As Haruka desires to enrol in university, Himuro gives her his old lab coat to wear if she succeeds. Upon observing Haruka’s efforts to enroll in college, her father realizes he should have believed in her from the beginning and offers her his whole support.
